Can I take photos or video footage at the Red Carpet Night, All Day Soiree and/or workshops? 

The Red Carpet Night will be professionally filmed and photographed with the DVD available at the All Day Soiree and photos available via Facebook so please do not take footage on the night.

You may film the All Day Soiree show *UNLESS* the performer has requested that they prefer not to be videoed. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of our PERFORMERS so this policy may continue.

All recording devices, whether still or moving, are for your personal use ONLY. NO commercial use of any portion of any footage taken from the Red Carpet Night is allowed without written consent from the subject/s and the event producer. ONLY THE ARTISTS THEMSELVES ARE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR RECORDING in any public forum, such as YouTube.

Photos & video during workshops are at the discretion of each workshop instructor, please check with them at the workshop.

Will there be a Festival T-Shirt or tank?

In the interest of protecting our environment festival t-shirts will not be available this time.  Please wear your range of previous ones when you come!

Are there refunds or exchanges on workshop or Red Carpet Bookings?

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges on purchases.  You are welcome to sell your tickets independently.  The Tribal and Trance Fest Facebook Group is a great place to network with other festival participants.

When do bookings close?



Please do not send any bookings after these dates as they may not arrive in time and will be missed.

ALL DAY SOIREE PERFORMANCE SLOTS close as soon as the schedule is full.  Dance slots fill very quickly.

How do I book if I don’t want to use PayPal?

You can book by mail or online.

Please make all Cheques / Money Orders payable to Debra Napier, and please do not send cash through the mail. 

Please make sure you provide your email address and phone number on the form so you can be contacted if there are any issues with your booking.

How does booking with PayPal work?

Once you have selected the ‘Register’ button for all your Events, select ‘Checkout’ and complete your details.  To pay via Paypal you will need to select the ‘Paypal’ radio button at ‘Payment Method’.  Once you have selected ‘Checkout Confirmation’ and confirmed your details, you will be taken to Paypal.  You can either login on this page of pay directly.

You will then receive an email with the booking details.  Please print a copy of your transaction and take to your event as confirmation.

I don’t have a PayPal account.  Do I need one?

No, you can pay for your booking with PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.  See question 3 for details.

How do I book a workshop place or ticket for the Red Carpet Night?

You can book and pay for festival events by going to the ‘Events’, ‘Workshop’ or ‘Book’ page.  You can pay via cheque, money order or Paypal.

Festival bookings are taken on a first in, best-dressed basis.
