Workshops

1. How do I book a workshop place or ticket for the Red Carpet Night?

You can book and pay for festival events in one of two ways, either by using the “Add to Cart” and “View Cart” buttons through PayPal or you can print, fill in and post the Booking form with your payment to:

Festival bookings are taken on a first in best dressed basis.

If you want Concession Red Carpet Night tickets, these are not available through PayPal, please use the booking form and post it along with a copy of your concession card.

2. I don't have a PayPal account.  Do I need one?

No, you can pay for your booking with PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.  If you are new to PayPal you can check out the PayPal site for info on how it all works.

3 How does Booking with PayPal work?

When you use the “Add to Cart” button you will be taken to a PayPal shopping cart screen where you can change the quantity of your booking or delete it, continue shopping or proceed to checkout (pay for your bookings).

Once you add one workshop, hit the “continue shopping” button and you will be taken back to the Workshop page.  Continue on until you have added all the workshops you want.  When you have finished your bookings, hit the Checkout button from the shopping cart page, login to PayPal if you have an account and follow the prompts to make the Payment.   If you are new to PayPal and don’t have an account, please remember to fill in your Name and Postal details so I can send you your booking confirmation slip and any appropriate tickets.

A short while later PayPal will send us an email confirming your payment and the details of that payment with a list of the workshops you have booked.  Please print a copy of your transaction for your records, the Receipt email from PayPal is ideal for this.  You don’t need to send us a written form if you pay by PayPal.

Please note: A second choice option for workshops is not available using this method. If you book for a workshop and its booked out I will email you and we can take it from there.  If you don't have a second choice then you will be issued with a refund.  Please check the main workshop screen as it is being updated regularly for workshop availability.

If you want to book for more than one person, please complete an individual PayPal transaction for each person's booking and email me with who you are, the persons Name you are booking for and PayPal receipt number (from your PayPal receipt email) that relates to their booking. Otherwise your name will appear on all the attendance sheets for the workshops booked.

Once I receive an email from PayPal regarding your booking I will post your official Festival Booking Confirmation and any appropriate event tickets, within a few days.

4. How do I book if I don't want to use PayPal?

Booking by Mail

Please print out the Booking form, fill it in and send it with your payment to.

Please make all Cheques / Money Orders payable to Debra Napier, and please do not send cash through the mail. 

Please make sure you provide your email address or phone number on the form so you can be contacted if there are any issues with your booking.

5. When do bookings close?

PAYPAL BOOKINGS CLOSE 7/10/12

POSTAL BOOKING MUST BE RECEIVED BY 7/10/12

Please do not send any bookings after these dates as they may not arrive in time and will be missed.

Please note if you book and pay after 7/10/12 your confirmation and tickets will be held for you at the Festival Desk on site.  

ALL DAY SOIREE PERFORMANCE SLOTS close as soon as the schedule is full.  Dance slots fill very quickly.

6. Are there refunds or exchanges on workshop or Red Carpet Bookings?

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchange.  You are welcome to sell your tickets independently.  The Tribal and Trance Fest Facebook Group is a good place to network with other festival participants.

7. Will there be a DVD available for the event?

We will be having the Red Carpet Night filmed professionally and will have a DVD of the event available at the market day.  You can pre order and prepay for this DVD on the workshop page.

8. Is there a Festival T-Shirt?

This year we will have a special festival T-Shirt or Singlet printed and available for sale.  Keep an eye on the Goods page too.  We will also be producing a Festival program which will be available for sale at the festival.

9. Can I take photos or video at the Red Carpet Night, All Day Soiree and/or workshops? 

The Red Carpet Night will be videoed by a professional videographer and the DVD will be for sale at the All Day Soiree, so we would prefer that you do not take photos / videos on the night.

You may videotape the All Day Soiree show *UNLESS* the performer has requested in their announcement that they prefer not to be videoed. If you missed their announcement, use your judgment by looking around you to see if anyone else is taping before you start. This includes mobile phone videos so PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of our PERFORMERS so this policy may continue.

All recording devices, whether still or moving, are for your personal use ONLY. NO commercial use of any portion of any footage taken from the Red Carpet Night is allowed without written consent from the subject/s and the event producer. ONLY THE ARTISTS THEMSELVES ARE ALLOWED TO USE THEIR RECORDING in any public forum, such as YouTube.

Photos & video during workshops are at the discretion of each workshop instructor, please check with them at the workshop.
