Accomadation

This year I have organised some excellently priced accommodation for us at the Clarion Hotel on the Park. 18 / 40 Anderson Street, Parramatta.  

They have discounted their regular room rate for us.  You wont find rooms at this hotel any cheaper than this, and I cant find any others in Parramatta to match it either.

You can book one night or all 4 its totally flexible.  I expect it to fill up fast so don't take too long deciding.  The hotel is an easy 10 min walk from the Connection Arcade (Workshops) and 25 minute walk down Church Street to Riverside (Shows) .

*The per night room rate $175 for a double room and $160 for a single.

The Hotel has a special breakfast rate for us too - full buffet breakfast hot / cold is normally $26.95 but for our booking it will cost $15 per head.

We have a 40 room allocation at this price, please mention when you book that your booking is at the Tribal & Trance Festival Rate, otherwise you wont get it. Let them know if you want a Queen room or a Twin Share and if you want Breakfast as well.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days prior to arrival: Guests may cancel without penalties. 
• 29-15 days prior to arrival: any room cancellation will be subject to 50% (equivalent to $57.50 for each night)
